Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, representing Massachusetts’ 7th district, shared a series of tweets reflecting her political priorities and advocacy. On March 8, 2025, she emphasized the importance of bold policies on International Women’s Day.

In her tweet from March 8, Pressley stated: “We break concrete ceilings. We fight for our communities. Our voices are powerful. On International Women’s Day, we recommit to fighting for bold policies like abortion justice, the ERA, pay equity, paid leave, & more.”

Later that day, Pressley expressed gratitude towards Boston’s leadership in immigration matters. She tweeted: “Immigration is essential to the success of Boston. That’s why I’m grateful for the incredible leadership and partnership of @MayorWu, whose commitment to making Boston a welcoming home for everyone is a national model. Republicans could learn a thing or two from her.”

On March 9, 2025, Pressley addressed employment issues involving former President Trump and Elon Musk. She posted: “Trump & Musk unlawfully fired 10,000+ probationary workers that were doing essential work. I’m leading my colleagues in urging @US_OSC to reinstate their jobs NOW.”
