Boston College lacrosse defeated Harvard 15-5 on March 12 at Alumni Stadium.

The win marks the Eagles’ fourth victory in their last five games, bringing their season record to 4-4. Harvard’s loss drops them to a 1-5 record.

Goalkeeper Shea Dolce made eight saves and achieved a season-high .615 save percentage. With this performance, Dolce moved into second place all-time in program history with 572 career saves, surpassing Katie Monaghan. Dolce also led the team with five ground balls.

Seven different players scored for Boston College, with three earning hat tricks. Marissa White contributed three goals and an assist, while Molly Driscoll added two goals and two assists. Giulia Colarusso recorded a hat trick and led the team with five draw controls. Hanna Davis tallied two goals and one assist, and Kylee Colbert netted three goals. Casey Colbert tied for the team lead with two assists.

Defensively, Avery Hudson led efforts with two caused turnovers, two ground balls, and a goal. The Eagles’ defense forced eight turnovers overall.

Boston College started strong by scoring seven unanswered goals in the first quarter. Davis assisted Colarusso for the opening goal before White and K. Colbert extended the lead to 4-0 midway through the quarter. The Eagles maintained control throughout the game, holding Harvard scoreless until late in the second quarter and never allowing their lead to drop below seven goals after halftime.

Boston College is scheduled to play Pitt next on Saturday at noon during the Red Bandanna Game.
