Boston College Men’s Golf finished its regular season on March 31 at the Maridoe Invitational, hosted by North Texas in Carrollton, Texas. The Eagles completed the tournament with a team score of 67-over par.

The event marked the conclusion of Boston College’s schedule before postseason play. It provided an opportunity for players to compete against top teams and individuals from across the country.

Junior Markus Lam led Boston College, finishing seventh overall after shooting three-over par for the 54-hole tournament. Lam was among the top ten performers on par four holes and recorded only six bogeys, which was the second fewest in the field. Senior Jack Pogorelc posted a team-best final round score of 71 that included three birdies, tying him for 27th place at fourteen-over par.

Tony Yin finished tied for fiftieth at nineteen-over par. Sophomore Tommy Mangan ended in sixty-ninth place with a thirty-one over total, while freshman Connor Chisum rounded out the lineup.

Oklahoma State won the team competition at one-under par, followed by Arizona State (+13), North Texas (+19), Baylor (+22), and Oklahoma (+24). The individual title went to Ethan Fang and Preston Stout of Oklahoma State after a playoff.

The Eagles will now prepare for upcoming postseason tournaments following their performance at Maridoe.
