The Boston College men’s tennis team secured a 7-0 victory over Bentley University on Tuesday at the Weymouth Club in Massachusetts. This win improves Boston College’s season record to 3-2, while Bentley moves to 4-3.

Boston College started strong by sweeping all three doubles matches and earning the first point of the day. The top-seeded pair, Liam O’Leary and Matvey Greschner, won their match 6-1. Aidan Pack and Matthew Overvelde followed with a 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles, and Luke Levanat with Lukas Rais clinched the point with another 6-3 victory at No. 3.

In singles play, Boston College continued its momentum by winning all six matches in straight sets. At the top spot, Mai Gao defeated Ansh Chadha 6-2, 6-3. Matvey Greschner earned a 6-1, 6-2 result at No. 2 singles against Dante Masetta. Matthew Overvelde took his match at No. 3 singles with a score of 6-1, 6-1 over Rafael Cueto.

Aidan Pack won his match against Jairaj Sehwani at No. 4 singles (6-0, 6-3), while Luc Piacentini defeated Javier Permueller (6-2, 6-2) at No. 5. Liam O’Leary completed the sweep for Boston College by winning his match against Nikolai Pran (6-4, 6-2).

The Eagles’ next match is scheduled for Saturday against Assumption College at Wimbledon 109 in Walpole, Massachusetts.
