Boston College announced on Apr. 22 that five members of its women’s lacrosse team have been selected for All-Atlantic Coast Conference honors, with Shea Dolce also receiving the ACC Defensive Player of the Week award.

The recognition highlights individual achievements during a season in which Boston College continues to compete at a high level within the conference. The awards reflect both consistent performance and notable contributions from key players.

Shea Baker was named to the First Team for the second consecutive year, while Giulia Colarusso, Shea Dolce, and Molly Driscoll earned Second Team honors. Marissa White was selected for the Third Team, marking her first such honor as an Eagle. According to Boston College, this is Baker’s second straight season earning first-team all-ACC status; Colarusso and Driscoll are recognized for postseason honors for the first time in their careers; Dolce is now a four-time all-ACC selection; and White earns her second career all-conference honor but her first with Boston College.

Baker leads her team in caused turnovers (25) and ground balls (23), ranking among conference leaders in these categories. Colarusso has had a breakout sophomore campaign with significant scoring contributions and multiple hat tricks. Dolce has maintained strong goalkeeping statistics throughout her career, including eight games this season with a save percentage above .500. White leads the Eagles in goals scored this year, demonstrating increased production as the season progressed.

The team will next face No. 2 seed Stanford in the quarterfinal round of the ACC Women’s Lacrosse Championship at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte.
