Four Harvard softball student-athletes received College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors after a successful semester on the field and in the classroom, according to a May 26 announcement. To be eligible for Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must maintain at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and meet participation requirements, including competing in 90 percent of games or starting at least two-thirds of games played; pitchers must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched 35 innings.
Juniors Sophie Sun and Audrey Szollosi earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the second consecutive season. Sun, an applied mathematics major from Austin, Texas, led Harvard with a .392 batting average, 60 hits, 13 home runs, and 51 RBIs this year. She was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Northeast All-Region team for the third straight season and was an All-Ivy League First Team selection.
Szollosi served as one of Harvard’s team captains this season under head coach Jenny Rohn. She ranked second on the team with career highs in batting average (.369) and hits (58), earning back-to-back All-Ivy League First Team selections while concentrating in economics.
Sophomore infielder Alexa Muller received her first CSC Academic All-District honor after being named Ivy League Rookie of the Year in 2025. Muller appeared in 44 contests during the season, posted a .321 batting average with 42 hits, and ranked third on the team with 28 RBIs. Muller is pursuing social studies honors.
Senior pitcher Ryan Grace also earned her first CSC Academic All-District nod before graduating from Harvard with a bachelor’s degree in government. Grace finished her final campaign as a two-time captain and two-time Academic All-Ivy League honoree, posting a 4.13 earned run average across 59.1 innings pitched with 40 strikeouts—second most on the team.
