Harvard University announced on Apr. 5 that its baseball team’s series finale against Brown, scheduled for Sunday at O’Donnell Field in Cambridge, has been postponed because of weather and field conditions. No makeup date has been set for the game.
The postponement affects both teams’ schedules and leaves uncertainty about when or if the contest will be rescheduled. Weather-related disruptions are common in spring collegiate sports, often requiring adjustments to planned competitions.
Looking ahead, Harvard is set to host Northeastern in the semifinals of The Baseball Beanpot on Tuesday, Apr. 7 at 3:00 p.m., with coverage available on ESPN+. Following that game, Harvard will travel to Yale for a three-game series featuring a doubleheader on Saturday, Apr. 11 starting at 11:30 a.m., and a single game on Sunday, Apr. 12 at noon; all games are scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN+.
Further updates regarding the postponed matchup with Brown may be provided as more information becomes available.
