Harvard softball pitcher and team captain Ryan Grace has been named the Ivy League Pitcher of the Week, marking the second time she has received this recognition in her collegiate career.
Grace played in all four games during Harvard’s opening weekend at the GCU Invite in Phoenix, Arizona. She led her team with an earned run average of 0.78, recorded 10 strikeouts, and held opposing batters to a .206 average over nine innings pitched. In the team’s 5-4 walk-off win against Northern Colorado on opening day, Grace allowed just one earned run and three hits over four innings, striking out four batters.
Reflecting on her previous season, Grace achieved personal bests with two saves, 48.1 innings pitched, and 51 strikeouts across 21 appearances in 2025. Over her collegiate career so far, she has accumulated a 3.34 ERA and 68 strikeouts in 71.1 innings.
The Crimson will return to competition on the east coast this coming weekend at the Upstate Classic and Sparkle City Invite in Spartanburg, South Carolina from February 20 to February 22.
