Harvard softball will face the University of Pennsylvania in a three-game Ivy League series at Soldiers Field on April 18 and 19. The matchup comes as Harvard enters the final stretch of its regular season, with only three Ivy League series remaining.

The games are scheduled for a doubleheader starting at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, followed by a single game at the same time on Sunday. Admission is free, and all games will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

Harvard currently holds a 16-16-1 overall record and stands second in the Ivy League with an 8-4 conference mark. In their most recent game, Harvard lost to Boston University but saw strong performances from sophomore infielder Alexa Muller, who drove in four runs with three hits. Team captains this season include senior pitcher Ryan Grace, junior outfielder Audrey Szollosi, and junior utility Megan Davies.

Head coach Jenny Rohn is leading her third season with the Crimson after guiding them to consecutive appearances in the Ivy League Tournament and winning a regular season title in 2024. Rohn has accumulated an overall collegiate coaching record of 104-93-1.

Penn arrives with a 15-19 record (6-6 Ivy), showing improvement over last year’s performance. Sophomore outfielder Gigi Ganje leads the league in OPS and slugging percentage this season for Penn.

Historically, Harvard leads the all-time series against Penn, holding a record of 70 wins to Penn’s 20 since their matchups began. The Crimson have won twelve straight games against Penn dating back to 2019.

Looking ahead, Harvard will next play Stonehill at home on April 21.
