Harvard men’s lacrosse midfielder Logan Turley was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week on Apr. 6 after his standout performance helped secure a comeback win against Brown. The first-year player scored three goals, including Harvard’s final two, leading the Crimson to a 12-10 victory.
Turley’s recognition highlights his growing impact on the team this season. As a freshman from Malvern Prep in Pennsylvania, he has steadily increased his playing time and contributed significantly during Saturday’s game by scoring his first career goal and recording career highs in both goals and ground balls.
During the contest, Turley opened Harvard’s scoring in the first quarter and capped off their rally with two more goals late in the game—one from a step-down shot and another from just outside the crease. His efforts marked him as only the second first-year player to receive an Ivy League weekly award this season, and he is the first rookie to be honored as Offensive Player of the Week in 2026.
This marks Harvard’s sixth offensive player of the week award for this season and its eighth weekly honor overall. The team now prepares for its next challenge against No. 17 Yale at Reese Stadium on Saturday, Apr. 11, with coverage available live on ESPN+.
The upcoming rivalry match will test both Turley’s momentum and Harvard’s continued success throughout their current campaign.
