Northeastern volleyball and head coach Brendan McGourn announced on May 21 the release of the team’s 2026 schedule, which features 24 matches across three tournaments as well as a full Colonial Athletic Association competition slate.

The Huskies will begin their season on the road at the South Carolina Tournament, facing UNCG on August 29 before playing host South Carolina on August 30. The following weekend, Northeastern will return home to host its own tournament from September 4-6 at the Cabot Center. Participating teams include Holy Cross, Fairfield, and Harvard. Northeastern is scheduled to play Holy Cross on Friday evening, Fairfield on Saturday, and Harvard on Sunday.

The non-conference portion of the schedule continues at the Colgate Tournament from September 11-13. During this event, Northeastern will face Colgate, Dartmouth, and Albany over three consecutive days.

Colonial Athletic Association conference play begins for Northeastern with a road trip to Towson scheduled for September 19-20. The team then returns home to host North Carolina A&T for matches on September 25-26.

The remainder of the season focuses primarily on conference matchups. Home series are set against Elon (October 9-10), Stony Brook (October 24-25), and William & Mary (November 14-15). Road trips include visits to UNCW (October 2-3), Hofstra (October 16-17), and Hampton (October 30-31).

McGourn leads a program that is preparing for a competitive season both in non-conference tournaments and within CAA play.
