On Sunday, March 2, former Brookline High School standout Mitchell Schroeder’s current college team, the UMass Minutemen, won 22-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Coppin State Eagles.

The game took place at Joe Cannon Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Minutemen’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 4 p.m. at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium against Navy Midshipmen.
