Graduates earn 254 degrees, certificates from New England College of Business and Finance

About 96.8 percent of the 254 degrees and certificates handed out by New England College of Business and Finance in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Boston conferred 101 bachelor's degrees and 83 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business administration and management. Data shows the school gave out 90 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management, followed by 60 master's degrees in general business administration and management and 52 associate's degrees in general business administration and management.

The college enrolled 1,237 students for 2017-18, including 1,053 in undergraduate programs and 184 in graduate programs.
