On Thursday, Feb. 20, former East Boston High School standout Joel Valera’s current college team, the SNHU Penmen, won 16-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Queens Knights.

The game took place at Cal Ripken Experience. This was their first matchup against the Knights this season.

The Penmen’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 4:30 p.m. at Cal Ripken Experience against Felician Golden Falcons.
