Boston College announced on March 10 that two members of its ski team, Bode Flanigan and Nick Kirwood, will represent the Eagles at the Alpine NCAA Skiing Championships in Park City, Utah. The event is scheduled for March 11 and 13 and will be hosted by the University of Utah.

The participation of Flanigan and Kirwood highlights their achievements during the Eastern Intercollegiate Ski Association circuit this season. Their qualification underscores the competitive level of Boston College’s skiing program.

Flanigan returns to the NCAA championships for a second time after consistently placing in the top ten in every slalom race this season, including three finishes among the top five. Kirwood began his season with a seventh-place finish in giant slalom and followed up with five consecutive top-20 results in slalom events.

The alpine races will take place at Spencer F. Eccles Olympic Mountain Center at Utah Olympic Park, beginning at 9 a.m. on both competition days.

Fans can follow live scoring and streaming through the championship host page.
