The Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology enrolls 630 undergrads

At the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, 75 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 86 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Boston enrolled 630 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 5.7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

98 percent of undergraduates are residents of Massachusetts, and 2 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (34 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (28 percent).
