Cost of college went up for all students at Pine Manor College

Tuition and fees rose 2.6 percent for 2018-19 at Pine Manor College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Massachusetts students paid $31,660 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $800 more than the $30,860 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 82 students received grants or scholarships totaling $2.5 million and 73 students took out student loans totaling more than $563,700.

Including all undergraduates (423), 252 students used grants or scholarships totaling $6.7 million, and 229 students took out $1.7 million in federal student loans.
