Cost of college went up for all students at Boston Architectural College

Tuition and fees rose 3.5 percent for 2018-19 at Boston Architectural College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Massachusetts students paid $21,924 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $750 more than the $21,174 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 35 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 7 students received grants or scholarships totaling $45,850 and 5 students took out student loans totaling more than $37,750.

Including all undergraduates (663), 164 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1 million, and 163 students took out $1.3 million in federal student loans.
