On October 21, 2024, Pressley emphasized the importance of participating in early voting in Massachusetts. She stated: "Early voting is now open in Massachusetts! The following day, on October 22, she expressed her gratitude towards the East Somerville Partnership for Families (EPHSomerville) for their efforts in supporting families through various programs. She noted: "Birth control is essential to our reproductive freedom & should be accessible to all. Thank you @POTUS and @VP for this new rule building on our work to expand contraception coverage. With reproductive healthcare under attack by Republicans, this is the type of action we need."
