The congresswoman, who succeeded Mike Capuano and previously served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, addressed topics ranging from cryptocurrency to human rights.

On March 9, 2025, Congresswoman Pressley expressed her disapproval of the cryptocurrency Dogecoin by stating: "DOGE is a shame and a sham."

Two days later, on March 11, she posted a tweet that read: "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." This message seemed to emphasize the importance of trusting initial impressions.

Later that day, Pressley highlighted an international human rights issue involving Mahmoud Khalil. She tweeted: "Mahmoud Khalil should be at home with his pregnant wife. Instead, he's been illegally abducted & had his constitutional right to free speech & due process stripped. We're demanding his immediate release and we cannot allow this abuse of power to go unchecked. #FreeMahmoudKhalil" In this tweet, she called for Khalil's release and condemned what she described as an abuse of power.
